After a very busy end to the Christmas Term preparations are already underway for an exciting Spring Term. In Class 1 we are embarking on a topic centred around China, looking at its traditions, art, myths and its varied landscape. Chinese New Year will be celebrated in February with a visit to China town in Manchester for a closer look at their preparations and of course a Chinese meal. Take a look at our newsletter in the Curriculum section for further details of this and other curriculum areas.
Today we had a visit from the M.A.S.T. team and 'Nicky and Nora' to tell the story of 'The Shepherd Surprise' . The puppets retold the story of the Nativity through the eyes of the shepherds.
