• Polar Exploration!

  We are very excited to have been selected to take part in this year's Polar Explorer Programme. We have been assigned our very own Polar Ambassador who in recent years, has worked with schools in and around Derbyshire on the Tim Peake Primary Project (TPPP) and, more recently, last year on the Pilot Polar Explorers Programme (PEP). More news on this in due course...

• Community Open Day

  Spread the word! We're opening the school up to the local community on the morning of the 4th October so locals can see what is going on, meet the staff and talk to the children.

   

  

• The Great Kinder Beer Barrel race

  Today is Edale's famous Barrel Race!

   

  Huge thanks to the FOES team for all their work towards the event. All profits are going to the school this year and it all looks fantastic. Cream teas, vintage sweets, tombola, bouncy castle and face painting; plus the chance to welcome the teams back after they efforts. Good luck to all the runners!
