Younger children should feel secure and confident in their school environment. Moving these children frequently between schools would therefore not be in their benefit and so Class 1 will remain largely unchanged. As one of Edale’s great strengths, keeping Class 1 as it is was also important to governors during negotiations and Mrs Garmeson has been very involved in ensuring that our new school structure will support each individual child’s learning.
